ORDERING

By placing an order with us, you are obligated to agree with the terms below. Please read them carefully before checking out.

SHIPPING

Orders will usually be processed and delivered within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We are NOT responsible for any damaged, stolen or lost packages during shipping, please contact the delivery company for any compensations

Please ensure the that your shipping address is correct before complete your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, and will NOT pay for redelivery.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

If your order is defective, incorrect, or incomplete please contact ozcaused@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your information, order number and clear photographs of the item(s) so it can be assess and resolved. Compensations will be given if your complain is valid.

ARTWORK USAGE

All artwork belongs to OZCAUSE and may not be copied, reproduced and resold.
